In February 2021, IOS Partners, Inc. signed a contract with the United States Trade and Development Agency under the Desk Study Series for Indo-Pacific Aviation Sector Opportunities program. The overall objective of the project is to assist the USTDA in the decision-making process related to the allocation of funding for competitive aviation projects in the Indo-Pacific Region, to undertake feasibility study(ies), technical assistance, pilot project(s), or other activity(ies), that the USTDA may agree on supporting.
Currently, IOS Partners, Inc. is developing the assessment of five projects related to an Integrated Aviation Hub at Hisar, India; the Development of Air Navigation System and Airport Master Planning in Thailand; Air Navigation Capacity Building Plan in Laos; and the Development of a New Airline in East Timor. For this, the IOS’ team of aviation experts is working along with the project sponsors and the USTDA to develop specific terms of reference and the overarching program for each project to undertake the corresponding feasibility studies.
