IOS Partners is pleased to announce the launch of the social media monitoring and management tool as part of its contract with the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) to manage and measure the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport’s (CVG) online presence and customer response.
IOS Partners, along with Maventus Group, our subcontractor, is providing KCAB with MavSocial – an award-winning social media, review management, and advertising solution for businesses, brands, and agencies. The tool enables organizations to manage all their social media activities using just one solution and will allow CVG to achieve itsdefined social media goals to digitally relate, effectively listen, engage, communicate, and measure audienceengagement to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Some of MavSocial’s features allow users to:
- Manage all visual content, campaigns, and social media publishing from one integrated platform;
- Create campaigns across one or multiple social media profiles or networks;
- Publish text, image, and video posts to all major social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business, and LinkedIn;
- Create and manage ads for Twitter and Facebook (Instagram and LinkedIn ads coming soon;
- Monitor and reply to comments, mentions, etc. across all social media networks. Filter comments by sentiment and assign/escalate when necessary;
- Competitively analyze and benchmark against other local, regional, national or international airport;
- Monitor what other people are talking about – Social Listening; and
- Undertake reporting, including analytics on engagement, which posts perform the best (or worst), identify key influencers, demographics/geographics, and community management performance.
