First and foremost, we hope you and your families remain healthy and safe during these unprecedented times, as the global community continues to be impacted and we collectively work to address the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
In the initial days and weeks of COVID-19’s spread, our first priority was to ensure the well-being of our employees, families, customers, and colleagues around the world. As the situation continued to exacerbate, we implemented our business continuity plan—which examines all areas of activity at every IOS operation —and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our clients. This includes having our office-based staff work from home to increase social distancing and isolation. Additionally, we have imposed travel restrictions by postponing or canceling project-related and personal travel. Our staff that recently returned from travel is being requested to self-quarantine for the recommended 14-day period.
IOS Partners and IOSsoft have taken every precaution necessary to provide the safest possible environment to our entire work family while doing everything we can to limit the spread of this terrible virus. Even under the most difficult circumstances, our staff of talented and self-driven individuals continue to work hard responding to our clients’ needs and honoring our commitment to provide you with the level of service you have become accustomed to.
Under this new reality imposed on all of us by the COVID-19 virus, IOS Partners and IOSsoft want to reiterate our commitment to ensure the continuity and quality of services rendered. We would, therefore, like to take a moment to outline our approach to navigating the current situation and to providing continuous and unwavering support to our global clientele.
As most of you know, working remotely and utilizing cutting-edge technologies has been IOS’ ‘modus operandi’ for more than a decade. Our cloud-based business systems and solutions have ensured that we have no reliance on physical offices. This has enabled us to maintain capacity, availability, responsiveness and flexibility as we provide all required functions and services without interruption.
