Mr. Souss is currently the General Manager of IOSsoft Inc., an affiliate of IOS Partners Inc., and oversees the Information Communication and Technology for Development (ICT4D) and e-Government practice.After a prestigious banking career at Bank of Boston, Mr. Souss served as a senior consultant to various international organizations, including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, United Nations, Inter-American Development Bank and Millennium Challenge Corporation.
