In March 2021, IOS Partners, Inc. and its affiliate company, IOSsoft, Inc. embarked on an excited journey to support the Central Bank of the Bahamas with the Diagnostic Study to Establish a Moveable Collateral Registry in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
The IOS team will identify existing gaps in the legal and regulatory framework and will provide the necessary recommendations for the establishment of a fully operational collateral registry, including definition of the optimal institutional arrangement and organizational structure, human resources and capacity development needs and a sustainable cost recovery model.
