
Shaping Guinea’s E-Commerce Through Engagement
Walking through the markets and offices of Conakry, it became clear: e-
commerce isn’t a concept on a page. It’s people, platforms, and potential
waiting to be unlocked.
Following the project launch and initial consultations, the team is now in
Phase 2 of the assignment to develop Guinea’s E-Commerce Policy,
Strategy, and Action Plan, implemented with the support of the World
Bank and in close collaboration with the Ministry of Posts,
Telecommunications, and Digital Economy and the Ministry of
Commerce.
