On July 2022, IOS Partners engaged in a project with WeConnect to assess the implementation of a Customer Support Service. This service covers 24-hour time zones across the globe, serving more than 130 countries. It operates 24×5 with different language needs, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, and Polish.
During the assessment, IOS technical experts developed a host architecture for RPA Bot in a private cloud, a template for a data dictionary with 10 languages, an UAT (User Acceptance Test), and conducted a benchmarking exercise to find the best solutions in the sector. WeConnect is a global non-profit that brings motivated, large corporate, multilateral, and government buyers together with qualified women-owned suppliers around the world mobilizing over $1 trillion in combined annual purchasing power.
