IOS Partners, Inc. was recently contracted by the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) to conduct a series of desk studies to support the USTDA’s decision-making process relative to the funding of different activities in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in the Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC) region. The IOS Partners team is in charge of reviewing up to 30 different project concepts for feasibility studies, technical assistance, or pilot projects in the Latin American and Caribbean ICT sectors. Our team will also be providing support in piloting a new, streamlined approach to developing the terms of reference and to supporting the request for proposal (RFP) process for selected opportunities.
