Investment Analysis Services to Review the Multi-Story Car Park Facility at Piarco International Airport in Trinidad and Tobago

Following increasing demand for parking, the Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago has recognized the need to expand the car parking alternatives for users at Piarco International Airport (POS), in Trinidad and Tobago. As a result, the Authority has proposed a project and intends to issue a public tender call to design, finance and construct a new multi-story car park at the North Terminal of the airport with the aim of increasing the number of parking spaces

In September of 2019, IOS Partners was contracted by the Airport Authority to provide Investment Analysis Services to review the multi-story car park facility project at Piarco International Airport, in Trinidad and Tobago.

Over the course of two months, IOS Partners will be reviewing the data and assumptions for the multi-story car park project and suggesting amendments to the assumptions, reviewing demand as well as revenue projections and cost estimates and provide amendments where necessary, and finally suggesting alternative forms of financing for the project.

The results of the analysis will be presented in a final report to be delivered by IOS Partners to the Airport Authority for the officials to use for future decision-making concerning the public tendering of the project.
