Registering a company means taking all the necessary steps to form a business entity in a certain jurisdiction by obtaining all the permits, patents and licenses needed to operate it. Usually, registering a business requires one to manually identify, complete, and file all the necessary forms, as well as pay the filing and registration fees. More often than not, entrepreneurs need the services of accountants and lawyers to register their company, which also adds to the time and cost to start a business.
Register Express Pro aims to reduce any external costs and bureaucratic burden for the business community by being an all-inclusive, convenient, and reliable platform. In addition to that, by making the procedural requirements more accessible, our business registry significantly reduces the risk of corruption and increases the transparency of the entire application process.
Our solution will allow entrepreneurs to quickly apply for business registration permits. The local authorities can immediately receive and review these applications, thereby allowing them to directly communicate with stakeholders without the once-unavoidable delay caused by paperwork. The entire process is reduced to a simple, three (3) steps procedure:
- Step 1: Complete the Online Application, which allows one to see the availability of the company title using the free business name search tool.
- Step 2: Review the Application to confirm all the necessary details, fix the errors or fill in the omissions. The application will be submitted to the local authorities electronically, after which a confirmation of submission is sent to one’s e-mail.
- Step 3: Receive the Business Name Certificate, which can also be delivered via email in a PDF format.
